The Elite Drop Club – Promotion is sponsored by Fasttrack, LLC – DBA Elite Drop Club (“Sponsor”), located in Houston, Texas. This Promotion is in NO way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law, inclu ding the states of New York and Florida. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
The Promotion begins on the date announced by the Sponsor and ends when either: a) the maximum number of entries is reached, or b) the Promotion end date announced by the Sponsor occurs. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Promotion period if the maximum number of entries has not been received, or if additional time is reasonably necessary to complete the Promotion in a fair and orderly manner.
The Promotion will accept a maximum of twenty thousand (20,000) total entries. Once 20,000 entries have been received, the Promotion will close automatically and no additional entries will be accepted.
Participants may enter by purchasing exclusive digital artwork created by the Elite Drop photography team. Each digital artwork purchase includes one (1) promotional entry. Each artwork will include a unique numbered edition identifier (example: “Edition 145 of 20,000”).
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter for free by mailing a handwritten entry request on standard 8.5” x 11” paper including :

Houston, TX 77227 Limit: One (1) mail – in entry per household. Mail entries must be postmarked before the Promotion closing date and received within seven (7) days after the Promotion ends.
The Promotion requires a minimum of ten thousand (10,000) total entries to be considered valid. If the minimum threshold of 10,000 entries is not reached, the Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternative cash prize instead of the advertised vehicle prize.
One (1) winner will receive the advertised vehicle prize described on the Elite Drop website. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be listed on the promotion page. The winner may also elect to receive a cash alternative offered by the Sponsor. The prize does not include taxes, insurance, registration fees, or delivery costs. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur within five (5) business days after the Promotion closes.
The potential winner will be notified via email or phone. The winner must respond within seventy – two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in selection of an alternate winner.

If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 20,000 entries.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, insufficient entries, or other factors compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
The Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas.
