1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Elite Drop Club are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital artwork and/or promotional items

  • Each purchase includes promotion entries

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances

2. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Duplicate orders

  • Changes in personal circumstances

  • Failure to read Promotion details

3. Digital Product Delivery

All products offered are digital in nature and are considered delivered once:

  • The transaction is completed, and/or

  • Access to the digital product or confirmation is provided

Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, refunds are not permitted.

4. Promotion Entry Finality

Each purchase includes one or more promotion entries, which are:

  • Immediately recorded upon purchase

  • Irrevocable and non-reversible

  • Not eligible for cancellation or refund

This policy ensures the integrity and fairness of the Promotion.

5. No Guarantee of Winning

Purchases and entries do not guarantee winning.

By entering, you acknowledge that:

  • Winning is based on a random drawing

  • Odds depend on the total number of entries received

  • You are not entitled to any compensation if you do not win

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a verified system error

  • Fraudulent transactions confirmed by our payment processor

All exception requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Elite Drop Club.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your entries may be voided or disqualified

  • You may be banned from future promotions

  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees

8. Compliance with Promotion Rules

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is consistent with and supports the Official Promotion Rules.

The availability of a free mail-in entry method ensures compliance with applicable promotion laws.
