Participation is limited to:
Legal residents of the United States
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to New York and Florida.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion begins on the date announced by the Sponsor and ends upon the earlier of:
The receipt of the maximum number of entries, or
The official end date announced by the Sponsor
The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if necessary.
A maximum of 20,000 entries will be accepted.
Once the maximum number of entries is reached, the Promotion will automatically close.
Participants may enter by purchasing exclusive digital artwork offered on the website.
Each purchase includes one (1) promotion entry
Each artwork includes a unique numbered edition (e.g., “Edition 145 of 20,000”)
Participants may enter without purchase by submitting a handwritten entry via mail including:

Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per household
Mail entries must be postmarked before the Promotion closes and received within seven (7) days after the end date.
A minimum of 10,000 entries must be received for the Promotion to proceed as advertised.
If this threshold is not met, the Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel the Promotion, or
Substitute the advertised prize with a cash alternative
One (1) winner will receive the vehicle prize described on the website.
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be listed on the promotion page
The winner may elect a cash alternative if offered
Exclusions:
The prize does not include taxes, registration, insurance, delivery, or other associated costs. These are the sole responsibility of the winner.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing
Drawing will occur within five (5) business days after the Promotion ends
The selected winner will be contacted via:

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The selected winner must complete and return required documentation, including:
Affidavit of Eligibility
Liability Release
IRS Form W-9
Failure to complete verification may result in disqualification.
If the prize value exceeds $600:
The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 20,000 entries.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use:

Likeness
City and state
for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion
Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process
Void entries that violate these Terms
This includes circumstances involving:
Fraud
Technical failures
Insufficient participation
Any issue affecting fairness or integrity
By using this website, you agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with website functionality
Submit false or misleading information
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:
Technical malfunctions
Lost, late, or misdirected entries
Errors in promotion administration
Any damages arising from participation or prize use
Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
